Two Realities

It’s hard to reconcile the world views of the Left and the Right when it comes to President Donald J. Trump. The Orangeman, on a minor miracle, won the presidency in 2016 ... committing the sin of all sins ... beating the brightest woman in the world. As a result, Hillary Clinton has become unglued ... accusing Trump of all sorts of diabolical doings to win. And those who voted for her have also followed her down these rabbit holes ... proffering all kinds of  spittle-flecked pejoratives to slime her victorious foe ... and even try to remove him from office.

We on the Right see these efforts as vindictive ... even possibly treasonous. Since most of this combat has been opinion and not fact, I have suggested in a blog comment to a never-Trumper that we might only resolve these differences with hard guilt-suggesting evidence ... not with overheated rhetoric.

So, I have decided to try to recount all the possible damning physical evidence on both sides ... and see where that gets us. Thus the following lists of tangible naughties:

Under the Bus

Why would Hellary Clinton, in answering a question over the weekend about the FBI looking into newly discovered e-mails and thus re-opening its criminal probe of her, refer to Huma Abedin as "one of my staffers?" ... see: Daily Mail Article. Yes, these e-mails were discovered on Huma's or more likely her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner's laptop computer. But Huma has been Hellary's closest personal aide for many years, vice-chairman of her campaign and is often referred to as "her second daughter." Very strange reaction from this woman running for president ... particularly since it seems that these e-mail may have been purloined and secreted by Weiner as a bit of "life insurance." This odd behavior is compounded by the fact that Huma is no longer traveling with Clinton and seems to have gone missing.

By not keeping closer tabs on what Weiner might have been doing to acquire some 650,000 of the Clinton's inner circle e-mails ... many likely classified, Huma clearly is culpable for Hellary's current dilemma ... but is this enough to be thrown under the bus and repeatedly run over? To a normal forgiving woman, probably not. But Hellary, from all we know about her relations with "her staffers" is a tyrant of the first order. And I am quite sure that, through Cheryl Mills and her close contacts within the Justice Department. Hellary knows exactly what the smoking gun was that caused Comey to take his unprecedented action. Having her chances for the presidency jeopardized by Huma must have caused her to be so extremely vindictive.

But, I believe what was discovered might have been a more serious breach than just classified information in these e-mails ... which has already occurred and been broomed. What could be more serious that might land both Huma and Hellary in the hoosegow? That would be if it is discovered that Huma was acting as a Muslim mole ... and forwarding some of theses more sensitive e-mails or documents to her mother or brother in the Muslim Brotherhood. Such an event would certainly be treasonous and kill Hellary's any chance for the presidency (even if elected), turn her into a national pariah and have her fitted for an orange jump suit.

Interestingly. President Obummer also backed away from Hellary today when it was revealed that he has "every confidence in Comey" ... just when Hellary is attacking the FBI Director ... a little strange also. I am suspicious Obummer knows exactly what is going on behind the FBI curtain ... and has decided to protect his skinny butt.

Gorilla Dusts

FBI Director James Comey's letter to the House of Representatives on Friday saying that he was re-opening the Clinton e-mail investigation has caused the Democrats to grab handfuls of gorilla dust to throw into the air to confuse things. In particular:

- Both Hellary and John Podesta claimed that Comey only sent his critical letter to House Republicans -- NOT TRUE, he sent it to an equal number of ranking Democrats.

- Democrats claimed that the FBI did not have a search warrant to peruse the Abedin/Weiner computer -- Anthony Weiner is said to have given the FBI their computer so it didn't need a warrant.

- Hellary and Campaign Manager Robby Mook have claimed that Tomey hasn't seen all the e-maiłs in this "ambiguity bomb" so how does he know that they are material ... and they could be duplicates of ones already in hand -- the FBI has had this info since September. I'm sure that they know everything that is in them. They were discovered in a file folder call "Life Insurance" ... probably culled from Huma's correspondence by either Huma or Anthony as insurance against stressful times. (My money is on Weiner.)

- Democrats have resurrected the specter of Russian involvement in our election ... pretty much a generic charge that is trotted out when nothing else is at hand.

- Harry Reid, in a letter to Tomey, has accused him of violating the Hatch Act which forbids the FBI of involving itself in elections. This charge needs to be investigated further but it is probably just more gorilla dust. Stay tuned.

It has just been revealed that there are 650,000 e-mails and documents in this treasure trove ... hopefully including all those that Hellary's people destroyed last March ... and then some. No wonder the FBI needs to take some time to resolve things.

It's Over!

Watching television this morning, it seems clear that Hellary Clinton has already won the presidency. There was lots of smug discussion about who was being considered for her cabinet members. And Hellary has promised to maintain Michelle Obama's vegetable garden at the White House. On Morning Joe, John Heidlemann revealed that Trump has shut down his fund-raising operation and hasn't put any more of his own money into his campaign this October ... meaning that he already considers it a lost cause.

So it is a fait accompli ... Hellary is to be our first female president ... and the Clinton crime family is shifting into overdrive calculating how to turn hundreds of millions of dollars of political graft into billions. Illegal immigrants are flooding through our southern border expecting to be allowed to stay and made citizens. And the two year vetting process for Muslim immigrants has been cut to two minutes in anticipation of massive new acceptance quotas. A rate schedule has also been published for overnight stays in the Lincoln Bedroom and rides on Air Force One.

On the other hand, Trump has scheduled a two month cooldown at Mar a Largo and then a fund raiser to help recover some of his out-of-pocket campaign expenses. His children are hard at work starting the Trump TV Network from the ashes of Fox News. Speaking of which, Megyn Kelly has been invited to be an honored guest at the Clinton inauguration.

All in all there is muted celebration among the establishment pols in Washington ... which is pretty much all of them. No need to wait for November 9th!

Back Scratching

The recently revealed proposed quid pro quo arrangement between the FBI and the Clinton State Department is very depressing. The FBI has already been badly sullied by Director James Comey's tortured logic behind his decision to let Hellary slide on her clear perjury and possible treason that she perpetuated with her private e-mail server and her unpersuasive cover-up. This proposed deal was that certain of Hellary's e-mails would be redesignated after the fact by the FBI as non-classified in exchange for the State Department's allowing the FBI to send agents into Iraq and other countries of interest (not allowed by law ... reserved for the CIA) ... see: The Atlantic Story.

Now this "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine" proposed transaction is of the ilk that happens all the time within government. However, both sides of this particular quid pro quo were illegal ... and therefore disturbing to say the least. And since it was proposed by the Clinton crime family, it should be the lead story in all the national media. [... crickets ...] It clearly displays the moral depravity that seems to be persistent within the Clinton campaign. Can't have that on display for the voters!

Aunt Bee

Remember when Opie Taylor's Aunt Bee (Madeleine Notatalbright) was Secretary of State under Slick Willie ... perhaps I should rephrase that? Well anyway, she did vouch for her predator boss when he was accuses of sex crimes ... and she did recently say that there is a "special place in hell" for a woman who doesn't vote for this sex criminal's enabler, Hellery Clinton. And now this once diplomatic czar has said a very undiplomatic thing ... that e-mails never killed anyone. What? This pin-wearing pin-head said that "nobody is going to die because of what happened on e-mails"? See: Daily Caller Video.

Yes, Aunt Bee, just like books never killed anyone ... say like Mein Kampf or Das Kapital?

Plastic Surgery

Chelsea Clinton has made the big time ... as she is now on the cover of Elle magazine ... see: Elle Magazine Story. Not only is this write-up an obvious puff piece ... trying to prepare her for some future political role for which her parents have ambitions ... but, to me, it sure looks like Bill and Hillary's daughter is more attractive than she has been in previous pics. Is this a bit of Photoshopping on Elle's part ... or has Chelsea had a few sessions with a plastic surgeon?

Which brings me to the real reason for this blog posting ... nothing is really what it is made to appear anymore. Almost everything is being media manipulated to look like something it really ain't. Viz:

- Senator Harry Reid's story about his facial injuries clearly does not fit the facts.

- The framework of an Iranian nuclear agreement is mostly smoke and mirrors ... as each side of this faux pact is describing it with totally different codicils.

- The brouhaha over Hillary Clinton's destroyed e-mails seems to have media partisans painting two entirely different landscapes.

- Senator Robert Menendez's corruption indictment is possibly justified ... but smells of the political swamp that is Washington.

- The Clinton Foundation is slowly being revealed as a ersatz eleemosynary institution created as a front for a Clinton super-PAC collecting illegal foreign money with the implicit promise of future influence in the White House.

- Even Olympic decathlon champion, Bruce Jenner, is slowly morphing into a woman ... an ugly one at that ... with the help of the nip and tuckers.

And there are many more examples than I can possibly mention here. Why has the American public gotten so jaundiced to these make-overs? Has television fakery, computer games, and movie special effects so blurred the line between reality and fantasy that standards of truth have totally disappeared?

To this blogger, it appears so ...

Let Me See ...

Hillary Clinton never sent any classified e-mails from her multiple personal accounts on her personal Chappaqua server ... but she did not have a secure government e-mail account ... therefore during her entire tenure as Secretary of State she never had to communicate with anyone over the Internet involving any classified material?

What's the term? Horsefeathers?

The Grayest Lady

The New York Times can publish the deepest, darkest of our national secrets without the slightest compunction ... but, when it comes to hacked salacious e-mails between two SONY executives, it's reporters cannot even view them on-line unless they have been previously exposed by some other publication. How hypocritical can the Gray Lady get? Today on "Morning Joe" a reporter from the Times revealed that the lawyers there have forbade any its reporters from being the initial revealers of any of this hacked SONY information.

Perhaps, if the Sony execs were discussing how the U.S. was uncovering Al Qaeda operations, then things would be OK?

Gored Oxen

Sony's corporate computers have been hacked and hacked badly ... revealing oodles of embarrassing information about their operations ... scripts, private and scurrilous e-mails, actors' salaries, Social Security numbers, actual copies of unreleased movies, etc. ... see: Hollywood Reporter Story.

The famous tinsel-town writer, Aaron Sorkin, had an op-ed yesterday in the New York Times saying that the American media's releasing of many of these revelations is "morally treasonous." ... see: New York Times Op-Ed. I find it quite revealing that such a comment is forthcoming from a media mogul ... because I am certain that, if the shoe were on the other foot,  Hollywood would reveal and revel in any disclosures that they could make about the rest of our media empire.

Everything is kosher unless and until it is your ox that is being gored.

Gaps

One of the things that brought down the Nixon presidency was the critical 18.5 minute gap in the Oval-office tapes that was supposedly “accidently erased” by Nixon’s secretary, Rose Mary Woods.  Now we are experiencing a similar mysterious gap in the e-mail records surrounding the growing Benghazi scandal.  Yesterday the White House did a dump of 100 pages of e-mails that mostly dealt with the Susan Rice talking-points-fiction-creation process surrounding this terrorist attack in Libya (with critical names redacted).  However, this e-mail sequence also involves a critical gap … the 67 hours of such exchanges immediately following the Benghazi slaughter.  (See: Daily Caller Story).

There is a difference however … however much the FBI tried, it could not recover these 18.5 taped minutes of Nixon's Watergate comments … but it should be quite straightforward to discover these two days of the meaningful back-and-forth e-mails on Benghazi. 

My breath is baited.

CRU Cut

"CRU" stands for Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University in England which has been the wellspring of much of the "research" done on global warming. Recently, its computers were hacked by party or parties unknown and 156 megabytes if embarrassing information (e-mails and computer programs among others) were posted on a Russian server. At first, there was much focus on the e-mails (see: UK Telegraph) which displayed a decidedly non-scientific approach to this subject ... exhibiting hubris, obfuscation, mendacity, and cold-heartedness. But soon thereafter, more damaging information came to light as people started sifting through the programmer's code comments (see: Climategate).

Now, having been painted into a corner, the CRU critters have decided to make public the data that was used to arrive at their world-wrenching conclusions about man-made global warming. They should also come clean on any and all of the processes they used to arrive at their results along with the statistical details of their regression models (goodness of fit measures, etc.). We should then see if their results are reproducible by acolytes and skeptics alike. I personally think that there are a lot more things that make the world's temperature go up and down ... many, I believe, much more consequential than CO2. The fact that "man-made" CO2 has become the political focus of the "climate-change" worrywarts is, I believe, another "Madness of Crowds" canard. Man, as it turns out, has a very small effect on CO2 levels ... see this rather old but revealing reference: Man's Effect)

These revelations have hopefully brought about a hiatus ... one that should cause us all to step away from the groupthink that now prevails and which has carried the world's political lemmings to dangerous economic conclusions ... until such time as we know better scientific truths (if in our lifetimes).
