Two Realities

It’s hard to reconcile the world views of the Left and the Right when it comes to President Donald J. Trump. The Orangeman, on a minor miracle, won the presidency in 2016 ... committing the sin of all sins ... beating the brightest woman in the world. As a result, Hillary Clinton has become unglued ... accusing Trump of all sorts of diabolical doings to win. And those who voted for her have also followed her down these rabbit holes ... proffering all kinds of  spittle-flecked pejoratives to slime her victorious foe ... and even try to remove him from office.

We on the Right see these efforts as vindictive ... even possibly treasonous. Since most of this combat has been opinion and not fact, I have suggested in a blog comment to a never-Trumper that we might only resolve these differences with hard guilt-suggesting evidence ... not with overheated rhetoric.

So, I have decided to try to recount all the possible damning physical evidence on both sides ... and see where that gets us. Thus the following lists of tangible naughties:

Hillary Clinton

- 33,000 deleted Hillary emails
- Fusion GPS dossier on Trump
- The phone taps on the Trump campaign
- The Dem spies inserted into the Trump campaign
- Fabricated FISA court applications
- Strzok-Page FBI emails

- The hacked DNC server ... not inspected by the FBI

- Destroying Hillary and company smartphones with hammers
- CloudStrike control of DNC server (in Ukraine?)

- Using BleachBit on Democrat hard drives
- Big Clinton donations to McCabe’s wife’s campaign

- 20% of US uranium ceded to Russia during Obama’s term

- $150 million donation by Russia to Clinton Foundation

- $500,000 fee to Bill Clinton for a half-hour speech in Moscow

- Obama’s hot-mic comment about being more flexible once reelected
- The Mueller Report
- Biden denying $1 billion in loans until Ukraine prosecutor is fired

- $3+ million to Hunter Biden from Ukraine’s Burisma

- $1.5 billion “investment” by China in Hunter Biden’s hedge fund

- Airplane manifests of Bill Clinton's 28 trips to Epstein’s Lolita island 

- $300,000 in marked bills to George Papadopoulos
- The “honeypot” used by Stefan Halper to compromise Papadopoulos

Donald Trump

- Trump’s  invite to Putin that, if he had Hillary’s emails, show us

- The 7/25 phone call transcript with Zelensky

- A Russia oligarch bought one of his condos in 2008 for $8 million

- The Stormy Daniels payoff check
- “Emolument” payments by foreigners to Trump resorts
- The 9/11 release of military aid to the Ukraine

- $200,000 of pro-Trump Facebook ads by Russia
- His orange hair
- His long red ties

Democrat Derangement

I don’t know about you, dear reader, but my impression is that the Earth is getting real close to spinning out of its orbit. Previously level-headed people now seem hell-bent on making outright silly statements ... driven by some internal angst about Trump’s constant tweeting of his mind. Presidents are not supposed to do such nonsense. They are supposed to gulp when the opposition megaphones their inanity ... and hope America will ignore it. Not Trump! He will respond to the most innocuous slight or “fake news” with his own take on things ... which is often maddeningly reflective of America’s collective common sense. If Trump is patriotic, then they, like Kaepernick, hate their country.

This Democrat derangement drives the media and other vacuous pundits to extremes ... to the point where they double down on their original craziness. “Trump is a dictator for holding a July 4th celebration that honors our military.” “Trump is trying to kill immigrant children in his concentration camps on the Mexican border.” “Trump wants to get the US into a full-out shooting war with Iran!” “Trump is a white supremacist, misogynist, homophobe, anti-Semite, Islamophobe, racist ... and a Nazi to boot!” All said with a spittle-flecked certainty and a knowing smirk.

Do these knee-jerks not see their growing mindlessness when compared to yesterday’s partisanship? Perhaps not ... or is it that they are driven by a manic compulsiveness that has captured their souls? Whatever the reason, at some point an event is bound to shake them out of their crazed illogic and return them to a semblance of sanity ... red-faced and in self-denial. The Mueller Report could have done it, but it only turned up the heat ... possibly on purpose.

What will occur to jolt Democrats back to reality I can’t predict ... but, hopefully, it will not be Armageddon ... inspired by a foe’s misreading of our current divide.

Bowel Blockage

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his posse of 18 partisan attorneys as well as legions of FBI agents and others spent 22 months and tens of millions of dollars trying to prove that Trump or his campaign colluded, conspired or cooperated with Russia to win the 2016 election. Mueller came up empty on collusion and took a pass on obstruction of justice ... possibly the only noble thing that he did in this whole sordid affair.

Since pretty much the whole Democrat establishment and media was convinced that Mueller would take down Trump, his report became indigestible. Now the Democrats have a serious bowel blockage and are taking increasingly desperate moves to stay regular ... including Mueller’s demagoging yesterday.

And so dear reader, their purgative actions in the House and media probably will result in predictable results. The question becomes who will be soiled in the process. I have some obvious thoughts.

Lemonade

The Mueller Special Counsel report on the Russian investigation found that Donald Trump and the Trump campaign did dot collude, conspire or cooperate with Russia in the 2016 presidential election ... and did not uncover enough evidence to find, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Trump obstructed justice during  this investigation ... although, strangely, added that it could not “exonerate” him either.

Now Democrats, the mainstream media and much of the deep state seem to be living in an alternative universe in that they are still swearing that Trump did collude with Russia in order to best Hillary Clinton. Additionally, this same cabal is trying to squeeze the last bit of juice out of these dry obstruction-of-justice lemons to keep this controversy alive until at least the 2020 presidential election ... for obvious reasons.

The lemonade that they are pulling out all stops to make seems quite weak indeed. So weak that I have to doubt that it will slake the fair-minded thirst of American voters in the next election. It will just accentuate the pucker of those Democrat sourpusses who made it.

Protected Slander

Senators are protected in session from accusations of slander. Big mistake! Spittle-flecked Hawaiian Senator Mazie Hirono shows above why this protection is a travesty.
