Moral Relativism

A liberal friend asked me a question this weekend, “Is Trump dirty?” My answer was “probably.” My reasoning was based upon the fact that, as a successful skyscraper builder in major metropolitan areas, Trump had to deal with many unsavory characters, seedy union bosses, greedy contractors, corrupt politicians and building materials suppliers (many concrete companies are mafia controlled) ... therefore he couldn’t help but be somewhat sullied in the process. But was he any shadier than almost any politician you can name  ... including the Clinton crime family? I sincerely doubt it. And unlike the Clintons, Obama and many other polluted pols, I have no doubt about Trump’s love and loyalty to the United States.

And so I expect some mud in Mueller’s Trump witch-hunt report whenever it comes out. But I also expect no smoking gun regarding Russian collusion or obstruction of justice. The dirt, to whatever degree, will be revealed by Michael Cohen and the Southern District of New York prosecutors delving into Trump’s earlier business deals ... for which he can’t be impeached, but besmirched nevertheless. I have no idea whether any of the short cuts Trump took as a builder are felonies. It will all depend on the quality of legal advice he got during that period. But, in any case, it will have to wait until he leaves office and well may be mitigated by other politicians scrambling to cover their own dirty deeds.

Yes, in my dotage I’ve slipped into moral relativism. I am even regretting my sanctimony in condemning Richard Nixon in my salad days. My measure now is much broader when rating presidents. I ask what do they do to benefit America ... and do they put our interests ahead of their own personal ambitions and greed. I think maybe the only truly “squeaky clean” president we have had in my lifetime was Jimmy Carter... and you saw what that got us.

The Green Party

What is her motivation? Jill Stein has raised millions of dollars to challenge the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania with the faintest hope of reversing the election results for not herself but for that crone of Chappaque, Hellary ... see: Politico Story. A reader has pointed out that the Clintons, seeing their pirate ship taking on significant water, are desperate to try to salvage things. But they can't be seen as doing such a despicable thing as these challenges were they to prevail. So they probably slipped Jill baby some vigorish to get her to front these challenges ... for which she barely has any standing ... let alone any chance of benefit ... other than, of course, some possible squeaky clean George Soros pelf.

But, then again, didn't Stein run under the banner of the "green" party? Now we know what this moniker really means ...

Trump Trumps!

Despite the best efforts of the Obummers, a raft of coke-sniffing rappers and twerkers, the snooty Republican establishment, felony-forgiving Democrats, many media meatheads, a hoard of Hollywood hotheads, moneyed Muslim moguls and the entire extended Clinton crime family ... Donald J. Trump just defied very long odds and was elected our 45th President.

Now the hard work really begins for this indefatigable populist.

Reverse Midas Touch

Manure is flying all over the place and the fan has not even been turned on yet. FBI Director James Comey is being besmirched by many for his letter to Congress last week reversing his decision on Servergate. However, what is forgotten is that Attorney General Loretta Lynch had told Comey that this Hellary Clinton e-mail issue was his to decide because she had been compromised. What would normally be a Justice Deptartment prerogative was shifted to the FBI. And why was this? The Arizona airport meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton basically soured the normal process and put the weight of the world on Comey's shoulders.

So the real source of this shit storm is Bill Clinton for his out-of-bounds meeting with our Attorney General just days before her decision was to be made on Hellary's e-mail server fecal faux pas. So we now see that the Clinton couple has once again tarnished two major American institutions. This couple has an alchemist knack for turning gold into baby poop ... a reverse Midas touch if you will.

Starting over 40 years ago with Hellary being tossed off of the Watergate Committee for untrustworthiness ... through her dangerous screwing around with our health-care system ... then including Bill Clinton's amoral sullying of the White House ... to SecState Hillary's feckless destruction of the Middle East ... through many other doo-doo details that the Clintons have left in their wake as they have defiled individual and institution after individual and institution.

Basically just about anything that this evil couple touches turns to excrement ... and yet millions of Americans want to put them back into the White House! Go figure?!

Clinton Smoke Machine

The Clinton smoke machine is working overtime ... trying to obscure and obfuscate the many damning e-mail revelations coming out of Wikileaks. Somehow one must conclude that the Clintonistas got Ecuador to turn off Julian Assange's access to the Internet to try to buy them some time in this cover up ... after all, they seem to have run out of willing accusers of Trump's sexual peccadilloes. The daily dumps of these slimy epistles has been relentless ... and Hellary's suggested drone strike of Assange on the Ecuadorean embassy balcony was dismissed as being a little too radical.

Of course there are lots of minds working on this smoke blowing project ... the Clinton crime family, the Obummer administration and the friendly national media. But the smudge pots are running out of old tires to burn ... keeping things confused after each e-mail dump. Claiming that these e-mails are manufactured is not working because there is too much corroborating evidence contained in this massive information trove. To totally fracture this smoke metaphor, it's kinda like a California wildfire driven by the Santa Ana winds ... every time things seem contained, another inferno breaks out.

So all this smoke is directed at the American voter. However, I am not affected because I am sitting down.

Back Scratching

The recently revealed proposed quid pro quo arrangement between the FBI and the Clinton State Department is very depressing. The FBI has already been badly sullied by Director James Comey's tortured logic behind his decision to let Hellary slide on her clear perjury and possible treason that she perpetuated with her private e-mail server and her unpersuasive cover-up. This proposed deal was that certain of Hellary's e-mails would be redesignated after the fact by the FBI as non-classified in exchange for the State Department's allowing the FBI to send agents into Iraq and other countries of interest (not allowed by law ... reserved for the CIA) ... see: The Atlantic Story.

Now this "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine" proposed transaction is of the ilk that happens all the time within government. However, both sides of this particular quid pro quo were illegal ... and therefore disturbing to say the least. And since it was proposed by the Clinton crime family, it should be the lead story in all the national media. [... crickets ...] It clearly displays the moral depravity that seems to be persistent within the Clinton campaign. Can't have that on display for the voters!

Two Wrongs

I like Greg Gutfeld on the Fox talk show, The Five. He very often has outside-the-box humorous comments on current events. But his position on e-mail hacking has me conflicted. He believes that, since the Wikileaks revelations were stolen, they are tainted and should be ignored ... a variation on "two wrongs don't make a right" thesis. I understand this stance and almost agree with it. However, the first wrong was committed by a third party who can be punished separately. This does not mean the the raft of evil so uncovered should be ignored IMHO.

Law enforcement officials often use what, under normal circumstances, would be illegal or immoral to nab criminals ... wire taps,  scams, informers, surveillance, stings, even 'enhanced interrogation techniques'. If these procedures go too far, then oft times the criminal walks. Thus, the distinction I draw. The illegal methods used at Wikileaks should be punished. But we, the public, are not guilty of this transgression and should not feel required to ignore the revealed dirt.

Does this encourage others to try to outdo Wikileaks? Probably, but then it might just also encourage politicians to be more law-abiding ... or at least to cover their tracks better. The Clinton crime family has been acting with reckless impunity ... witness their private e-mail server. Perhaps being forced to cover their tracks better might just slow down their sleazy activities just a tad. A small benefit.

The Eyes Have It

Time to add one more strange symptom ... a lazy eye ... to Hellary's growing list of bizarre indications of her as yet undisclosed (but I'm sure not undiagnosed) malady ... see: American Mirror Video. Can someone please put together all these symptoms and tell us what is possibly amiss ... and how serious it might be?

Or, better yet, when is the Clinton crime family going to fess up to the American voters exactly what is going on here?

Homey Comey

Sandy Burgler

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave ..." It seems that Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey, the Clinton Crime Family, Sandy Burgler and other actors in this recent political Kabuki play ... all have previous Washington connections ... see: WND Article. In keeping with my more recent practice, I will here quote a few salient passages from this article for those of you who don't follow hyperlinks:

In 2004, Comey, then serving as a deputy attorney general in the Justice Department, apparently limited the scope of the criminal investigation of Sandy Berger, which left out former Clinton administration officials who may have coordinated with Berger in his removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives. The documents were relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack. 

Curiously, Berger, Lynch and Cheryl Mills [Hellery's Chief of Staff] all worked as partners in the Washington law firm Hogan & Hartson, which prepared tax returns for the Clintons and did patent work for a software firm that played a role in the private email server Hillary Clinton used when she was secretary of state. 

Lynch and Comey both served as U.S. attorney in New York, Lynch for the Eastern District of New York, and Comey for the Southern District of New York. They crossed paths in the investigation of HSBC bank, which avoided criminal charges in a massive money-laundering scandal for which the bank paid a $1.9 billion fine. 

There is no evidence Comey’s investigation for the Justice Department made any attempt to determine if anyone affiliated with the Clinton White House prompted Berger or coordinated with him in the decision to remove the classified documents. 

Messages found stored on Clinton’s private email server show that Berger – a convicted thief of classified documents – had been advising Clinton while she served as secretary of state and had access to emails containing classified information. 

For example, in an email dated Sept. 22, 2009, Berger advised Clinton how she could leverage information to make Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu more cooperative in discussions with the Obama administration over a settlement freeze.
