Just Us

The back and forth in the courts surrounding Trump’s immigration policies and wall funding makes it blatantly clear that our court system has become so politicized that justice is now almost totally relative and not based upon legislative intent. Mostly liberal judges ... and even some Supreme Court justices ... feel that they can make executive decisions on how immigrants are housed, processed and transported ... independent of the clear text of our laws.

Just recently a Ninth Circuit judge has enjoined the White House from enforcing previous immigration law that explicitly states that asylum-seeking  migrants must apply for asylum in the first country they enter after leaving their “oppressive” homelands. Trump has decided to follow this law and deny asylum to any Central Amman migrants who first didn’t apply for refuge in Mexico. That is what the law says ... but, to a liberal judge, this makes no difference ... and Trump has been so enjoined ... see: Politico Article.

Like many other Ninth Circus decisions, this one will likely be overturned in the appeal process. But these judges apparently don’t really care for their legal legacy. Because they have once again thwarted Trump and delayed his agenda ... and that is what is important. Just us in San Francisco!

Play It Southward

If the United States was responsible for boosting  its southern neighbor, Mexico, economically ... why isn’t Mexico then not obligated to stabilize Central America’s economies?

Brother's Keeper?

How about 100 brothers?

There is a cockamamie idea bubbling up on the left ... and that is that the United States, in order to stop immigrant caravans from Central America, needs to fix the economies of a El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala ... much like we have slowed the illegal migration from Mexico because of NAFTA.

This lefty rationale is somewhat true. The United States has hollowed out much of middle America in manufacturing in order to help create a middle class in Mexico which, in turn, has reduced the border jumpers from that country.

So, using this as a prototype, our bubble heads on the left argue that we should repeat more of our bloodletting now to lift Central America out of poverty. What then would be next ... Venezuela? Argentina? Peru? Cuba?  Bangladesh? Afghanistan? Where does it stop? Of course, we would then be cursed as being colonialists.

It is now estimated that 1/3rd of all Salvadorans already reside in the United States (along with many MS-13 members and their supporters) ... and, on top of foreign aid, legal and illegal aliens send some $60 billion in remittances back to Mexico, Central and South America annually  ... already significantly propping up many of these corrupt narco-republics.

So what is the limit of our responsibilities to our neighbors ... particularly when it costs so much of our own well being? Amid we end up being hated in the process? Are wee all of these brothers' keeper?

Not if it costs us our country in the process ...

Escaping Poverty?

Here is a small part of the 4.000+ caravan of Central Americans wending their paid-for way to the U.S. Southern border ... scheduled to arrive short time before the midterm elections. This is clearly a political stunt costing an estimated $21 million (plus) ... hoping to energize the Latino (legal and illegal) vote to swing the outcome of some of the close House races.

Looking at this photo convinces me that these migrants are doubtfully escaping hunger and abject poverty. How much do Nike sneakers cost?

Low Blow

I am going to role-play like a Democrat on this blog post. Yes, I am going to stretch the truth, be a low-life demagogue, and "not let a crisis go to waste" as Rahm Emanuel would propound. Unfortunately I will not have the majority of the national media backing me up in the low blow that I am about to throw. So therefore I really don't expect these half-truths to catch the imagination of the American voters. In a sense I will be pissing up a rope ... but, what the hay, here goes ...

As we all know the United States suffered a massive influx of young  illegal immigrant children from Central America this past summer ...  all under suspicious circumstances ... for no other reason than Mexico looked the other way to these transients ... when it normally would have stopped them at its southern border and sent them back home. This was then combined with the United States Immigration Service's many suspicious dealings with these waifs. It wouldn't allow the press to interview them, it dispersed them throughout all the fifty states without indicating to where they were resettled, and, finally it never did any rigorous health screenings on these children ... all very suspicious and unsettling.

Now comes the zinger, a significant number of our native children throughout our country are now coming down with a novel enterovirus of unknown origin ... see: USA Today Story. One child in Rhode Island has already died and many others are suffering the strange after-effect of a mysterious paralysis. Can these illnesses be connected to this summer's massive Central American influx ... where this type of illness is more commonplace? (See: The Gateway Pundit.)  We might never know because of the conspiratorial secrecy of our Immigration Service. But this could turn out to be an extremely disturbing miscalculation on the part of the Obama administration. Because of the seriousness of this speculation, it requires itself to be investigated in Congress ... particularly before the November elections.

I think that all American parents need to appreciate better the possible danger that now lurks in our nation's schools ... maybe as a result of the Obama administration's political intrigue.

Afterward: If you think that I was unfair with my above yellow journalism, then read the following: Breitbar Story and point out how I was any different.

Refugees

In just the city of Chicago 22 people were shot in a twelve hour period yesterday … including an 11-year old girl who was killed sitting in her bedroom eating s’mores … see: Chicago Tribune Story. The gang violence in Chicago is reaching epidemic proportions … just like it has in some Central American countries which are filling up the Death Trains to send their children north to the supposed safety of the United States.

Perhaps the Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, might follow his own dictate and “never let a crisis go to waste.” My studied suggestion would be for him also to start filling up trains leaving from Chicago south to Mexico and Central America with “refugees” from his crime-ridden neighborhoods. This might be the only way these children could have a chance for a better life.

Glenn Beck, take notice …

The Solution

Our federal government seems to be having problems finding homes for the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants that have conveniently flooded over the Mexican border recently. Seeing that most of them may never return to their Central American domiciles, I think I may have stumbled upon a solution to this relocation problem …

Send all of their HHS buses to Detroit. (It might already be starting … see: Breitbart Story). If these “refugees” really want to make a place for themselves in the United States, they might start by helping to rebuild this crumbling bastion of liberal politics.

Orchestration

To me this is all too suspicious. The influx of Central-American children crossing illegally into the United States has doubled since last year causing a humanitarian crisis in our southwest… see: Financial Times Story. This tidal wave of minors will cost American taxpayers over two billion dollars and, because they are “children,” put more media pressure on Congress to do something about immigration reform.

How convenient … just when Senator Upchuck Schumer is putting on a full court press to pass his immigration-reform legislation before August.

I can not imagine that this is an accident … this influx of so many unaccompanied children who have traveled thousands of miles through Mexico and found their way into our country. This takes money and planning. And apparently the Obama administration is pulling out all stops to compound this problem by enlisting lawyers to help them stay in this country … see: New York Times Story.

This smells to me of an orchestrated attempt to coerce opponents of the “Dream Act” into submission ... using these children as all-suffering pawns. One might even call it a shakedown.

If it can be determined that the Obama-istas are in anyway behind the funding and logistics of this tidal wave of young illegal immigrants, then, once again, they are overtly working against the established laws passed by Congress. If this would not be subversive anarchy, then we need better words for it.

Afterward: A Texas judge has said that "the government has simply chosen not to enforce the United States border security laws" ... see: CBS Story.
