Decisions made with insufficient information are the bane of mankind. And unfortunately, we are suffering through such a situation with the current COVID pandemic … resulting in sloppy decision making due to garbage data. The primary fault in this healthcare debacle has been poor information gathering and analysis … much of it driven by: poorly designed data collection and verification incentives, lack of decision-making candor, flawed data structures and weak data analysis and visualization software.
One would think that, for the billions we spend for our government healthcare agencies, someone would have addressed these issues?
STAND UP AGAINST GARBAGE DATA!
