Tens of millions of ordinary Americans have been able to look past Donald Trump’s abrasive personality and appreciate that he was questioning the slovenly and self-dealing habits that our bloated government had adopted … and that he was willing and able to fix many of them.
It was those who were invested in this bloat and those who were swayed by their preachings … often using Trump’s sandpaper personality against him who resisted his housecleaning efforts … often in criminal ways.
And so far, they have prevailed.

You've got to be kidding! He fired all the competent people and installed hacks. (USPS guy, John Bolton, Kelley, Omerosa, Bannon, Ivanka, Jared, The Mooch, Powell, etc).
He did not make decisions in the interests of the country he only wanted devoted loyalists.
You forgot Gen. Mille, Bill Barr, Christopher Wray and Jeff Sessions? I think the USPS guy is still there … and Bannon never had an official job. Jarad and Ivanka are Libs. And Bolton, The Mooch and Omerosa were lying opportunists. But you are right … Trump made a bunch of hiring mistakes … probably because he hadn’t been in govt before. I doubt he will make the same mistakes again.
By the bye, who are the winners in Biden’s cabinet?
