Modification



I have previously speculated that one reason that gravity may have gotten stronger over the millennia is that the universe is expanding very fast … see: Gravity … and the formula for gravity, distance/time2 means that, since Einstein says time slows down the faster you go … that the denominator of this formula would be get smaller very fast. And therefore the fraction would get bigger very fast.


What I forgot to mention was that Einstein also posited that distance gets shorter the faster you go. Therefore, this fraction representing gravity would still get bigger … only not as fast as I supposed. This is because the denominator is squared and the numerator isn’t.
