Collusion Zombies

Our previous Special Counsel Robert Mueller fumbled through his Congressional testimony this past Wednesday which, one would think, finally put a stake through the heart of the spectre of Russian collusion. Not so fast pilgrim. There are still dozens of professed loyal Americans who still cling to this cockamamie theory which has been disproved over and over and over and over and over again. These collusion zombies occasionally switch topics to Trump’s alleged obstruction of justice ... particularly when their cognitive dissonance causes them night sweats.

But this generally is only temporary since it is almost impossible to get a conviction for obstruction of justice involving a non-crime. Sooo ... this Night of the Living Dead procession, led by Nadler, Pelosi, Schiff, The Squad, Joe Scarborough, etc., again starts chanting “COLLUSION” in unison. And, again, without any evidence gathered by the Weismann hoax blitzkrieg over two years and tens of million dollars, they march into the dismal swamp.

 Sidebar: Despite Mueller’s declining mental acuity and the obvious truth that Weismann was running the show, I choose to believe that Mueller made the decision not to accuse Trump and Company with Russian collusion ... since I have little doubt the Weismann would have done so given his leash. And this probably was negotiated in exchange for the weaselly-worded obstruction of justice language in part two of the report. Thus, Mueller might still be considered a smidgen of a patriot.

Squeezing Lemons Dry

The Democrats thought that they were going to take down Trump with the Mueller investigation. This elaborate bit of public smearing did help them to take back the House in 2018. (It was not, according the Dems and their media, pre-existing conditions healthcare.) Then the Mueller report came out like a wet fart.  It could not find a way to lie about Trump or his campaign conspiring or cooperating with Russia. All this band of desperadoes could concoct was that Russia interfered with our election by buying a few hundred thousand dollars of ads on Facebook. They never even inspected the DNC computer server that was supposedly hacked by Putin’s posse. And Mueller’s 18 rabid lawyers completely ignored clear evidence of Hillary’s collusion with Russia.

And, as to Trump’s obstruction of justice in the investigation of his non-crime, all the Mueller team of 18 liberal lawyers could do was to punt ... but still weave a insidious tapestry of lies, half truths and convenient omissions in their final report. They did their very best to make lemonade out of the few lemons they found. And these lemons have been squeezed dry and then squeezed some more. Hollywood, pretty much all our media outlets and now House committees are force feeding the American public some very weak citrus concoctions (movies, plays, readings, op-eds, hearings) in a pitiful bit of desperation.

 Somehow, all this seems quite pointed but pointless.

Barr vs. Mueller

In his presser on Wednesday Robert Mueller clearly stated that the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel’s policy that the president cannot be indicted while in office was the reason his team did not render an opinion as to whether President Trump obstructed justice. This statement directly contradicts AG Bill Barr’s testimony in the Senate that he had asked Mueller three times (in front of witnesses) whether this OLC policy was the reason for Mueller’s not rendering an decision on Trump’s possible obstructing justice. Barr testified that Mueller three times emphatically said. “no.”

Well what is it? Either Mueller or Barr is lying. So Barr, back from his Alaska trip, had a sit down with Mueller which resulted in Mueller walking back his mendacious claim. To read the details of this embarrassing admission see: RedState Article. In other words Mueller admitted he was wrong and Barr was right. Round one goes to Barr.

Even more interesting, I had heard of this huge Barr victory, but could not turn it up under Google as it appears no major news outlets reported this bombshell. So I had to use the DuckDuckGo search engine to find the above reference. I’m not surprised that such a Mueller boner is buried by both the media and Google’s search engine ... since it goes against the Fake News narrative: Barr is a liar and Mueller is above reproach. It seems the opposite is true.

Actually, this experience is a little frightening on many counts. I hope it does the same for you and opens your eyes just a scooch too, dear reader.

Pulling off the Scab

Robert Mueller proved in his press conference today that he is still a despicable person. The primary purpose of his (shaky) words was to pull the scab off of  any public healing that has occurred after his report was released.

By innuendo and implication he hinted that there was some sort of improper cooperation between Trump and the Russians ... cowardly and shameful! And then went on to condemn Trump for obstruction of justice with these weasel words, “if we could have exonerated the president of this charge, we would have said so.” How very kind of him. It doesn’t take Noam Chomsky to translate these words as “he did it, but charging him would be against DOJ guidelines ... so it is up to you Congress.” How sneaky and snidely can you get? While he stood there consuming his cake, it was miraculously still there.

He also said in passing three other things:

1) He won’t voluntarily testify in front of Congress ... and, if subpoenaed, will not comment on anything outside the boundaries of his report. In other words, he will not answer the many embarrassing questions about when he knew there was no collusion or why he didn’t investigate how Hillary and the Democrats obviously DID collude with the Russians. He is effectively inoculating himself against taking the Fifth.

2) The special counsel’s job is over and so he is leaving the Department of Justice and his team is dissolved.

3) (By implication) if Bob Woodward is correct and someone in his office did draw up an obstruction of justice indictment, this was undone because it was unconstitutional and can only go forward as an impeachment process in Congress. Hint, hint.

From now on, this man should only be known as Snidely Mueller.

Lemonade

The Mueller Special Counsel report on the Russian investigation found that Donald Trump and the Trump campaign did dot collude, conspire or cooperate with Russia in the 2016 presidential election ... and did not uncover enough evidence to find, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Trump obstructed justice during  this investigation ... although, strangely, added that it could not “exonerate” him either.

Now Democrats, the mainstream media and much of the deep state seem to be living in an alternative universe in that they are still swearing that Trump did collude with Russia in order to best Hillary Clinton. Additionally, this same cabal is trying to squeeze the last bit of juice out of these dry obstruction-of-justice lemons to keep this controversy alive until at least the 2020 presidential election ... for obvious reasons.

The lemonade that they are pulling out all stops to make seems quite weak indeed. So weak that I have to doubt that it will slake the fair-minded thirst of American voters in the next election. It will just accentuate the pucker of those Democrat sourpusses who made it.

Crime and Punishment

Special Counsel Mueller’s inability to prove any collusion or conspiracy between Trump or the Trump campaign and Russia means that there was no national security or criminal predicate for the Obama administration’s spying on Trump and his campaign ... nor any justification for the special counsel ... be it for this charge or even obstruction of justice which was also bogus.

This does appear to have been an Obama administration attempted political coup ... and it deserves to be fully exposed and punished ... even if this means that Obama himself is implicated. Otherwise, such political criminality will be repeated ... and likely do more dastardly damage in future elections.

Sidebar: Is Mueller to be commended for being truthful and exonerating Trump on Russian collusion? If he had done this early on before the six Americans lives were ruined (not Manafort and Cohen), maybe. Therefore, to me, he and his gang of cutthroats have engaged in prosecutorial misconduct ... and his refusal to decide on the obstructing of justice charge compounds this malfeasance.

It’s Mueller Time!

Today might be the day ...

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s staff is departing for Greener-New-Deal pastures ... and the world is waiting with debated breath for his report that is supposed to finally drive a well-done steak through Donald Trump’s non-black heart.

Mueller has been charged with determining if Trump and his campaign colluded with Russia to overturn the results of the last presidential election ... and, subsequently, obstructed justice in the investigation of this offense. Mueller is clearly a dichotomy. As a former head of the FBI under Bush ‘43 and Barack Obama, many swear to Mueller’s apolitical and impeccable integrity. While others, like myself, feel that Mueller is in the vanguard of a slow-motion coup against a sitting president. Absolutely shameful!

Why do I feel this way? Because during the last two years enough evidence has presented itself to suggest exactly the opposite ... that it was Hillary Clinton and her henchmen who conspired with Russia to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. Through a cut-out  law firm, the DNC paid for the infamous “PeePee Dossier,” a manufactured and unsubstantiated document which attempted to tie Trump and Company with the Ruskies. It was used illegally to wiretap the Trump campaign and collude with the main stream media to constantly besmirch Trump and destroy many around him.

If Mueller had been an honorable prosecutor, he would have, in the first months of his investigation, swung to investigation the obvious culprits in this drama, Peter Strzok, Bruce Orr, James Comey, Lisa Page, Rod Rosenstein, John Brennan, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and possibly dozens of others in this Deep-State cabal who came very close to pulling off this disgraceful spook coup.

Many of the innocent have been smeared by Mueller and his thugs ... and all the truly giilty are walking ... a forever stain on our Democratic governance.

Barr Tab

It seems a reckoning is coming in our previous fast and loose federal justice system. It is not so obvious yet ... but everyone will soon see it and it may not be as expected. It’s revelations should occur in just the next few months. William Barr has been confirmed as our new attorney general and decisive things are beginning to occur. It is hoped and expected that the deep-state bias and wishy-washiness at the Session’s DOJ is now a thing of the past.

Rod Rosenstein is to be leaving the DOJ in a few weeks and Bob Mueller is rumored to be preparing his final report ... which many are whispering will not amount to what liberals around the country have been salivating for: Donald Trump has not been colluding with the Russians. Donald Trump did not obstruct justice before and after his election. No one in Trump’s campaign has colluded with Russia and it is not clear that Russia changed even one vote in the 2016 election. The only Mueller indictments and convictions that have occurred as a result of this witch-hunt were either for events that occurred years before Trump came down his escalator ... or were process crimes of “lying” to his kangaroo court.

But the rampant lying by FBI and DOJ employees and former employees, the Clinton crime family, and many others in the Obama administration ... have been broomed by Mueller investigators. This averting of eyes hopefully should disappear under AJ Barr. This certainly would be a refreshing change.

Ebb Tide

The tide is running out on what to charge President Trump with:

Treason? ... No? ... How about ...

High crimes and misdemeanors? ... No? ... How about ...

Collusion with Russia? ... No? ... How about ...

Obstruction of justice? ... No? ... How about ...

Witness intimidation? ... No? ... How about ...

Tweeting out of season? ...
