"Obama to bypass Senate, ratify 'climate' accord himself" This story, reported by the mainstream South China Times, is ridiculous. he does not have the power to ratify binding treaties.
So how did he bypass Congress with the Iran nuclear "agreement" ... which really is a significant treaty in that it involves hundreds of billions of dollars of tribute to this sponsor of worldwide terrorism.
