Now rate Congress... They should be expelled for disruptive, divisive, obstructionist, nihilistic behavior. They have now subverted the workings of all three branches of government. And we have the likelihood in the next schoolyear of them just saying NO to anything Trump, or Clinton, or Sanders would attempt.
You give Congress too much credit ... they are generally hapless IMO.
