You can see it on their smiling faces and hear it in their gleeful statements ... the Left is cheering for a coronavirus catastrophe ... in the hope that Trump will be so damaged politically that he will be toasted in November.

In an insidious way, Trump is in a lose-lose situation .... when he urges calm, he is accused of downplaying the situation. And, if he takes drastic actions such as mass quarantines, he will so damage our economy that he will be also tut-tut shamed.

All that the orangeman can hope for is that warming weather stifles this virus and corrects the stock market swoon. Insofar as the precipitous drop in oil prices which have been equally upsetting to world markets, I suspect that this will be self-correcting ... by how these lower prices should spur economic activity.

The Democrats should be careful with their pompoms lest they be seen as cheerleading for the pandemic, recession and stock market crash/correction. Not a good look for the middle-American voter.

Recession Cheerleaders

Bill Maher is hoping for an American recession in order to help defeat Trump in next year’s election ... see: Daily Wire Story. And he is not alone. Many liberals would love to see the China trade war so damage the US economy that voters would reject Trump in 2020. Remember, “It’s the economy, stupid!”in 1992 which turned out to be prophetic?

How deranged can you get that you would pull out the pompoms to cheer for your team’s loosing?

This is the best news I have heard in a long long while ... it seems that a grand jury may have been empaneled to weigh in on Hellary Clinton's possible felonious use of a private e-mail server while she was Secretary of State. It is also thought that the FBI has broadened this investigation to include political corruption involving her possible illegal activities related to the Clinton Foundation's dealings with the State Department ... see: Daily Caller Story ... and the FBI apparently has 150 to 200 agents working on these possibilities.

It is said that Joseph diGenova, the source of these notions and a former federal attorney for the District of Columbia, seems to have some idea of what may be going on inside the FBI and the Department of Justice. If this be the case, this is a very dramatic development and belies Hellery's fatuous claim that the FBI is just performing a "security review." Boy, I sure hope diGenova is right! The only rubs may be that these investigations may be only focused on Hellery's aides, Huma Abadin and Cheryl Mills. ... or that Attorney General Loretta Lynch may squelch things at the last minute. I daily pray that this evil woman, Hellery, gets her due in due time.
