Hypocritic Oath

Time for an update on A Monty Python Skit. Former attorney Lynne Stewart is still going strong 34 months after she was released from prison because her doctor swore she had at most 18 months to live as a result of breast cancer ...  see: NY Post Update. Some constitution this woman must have ... only it is not our Constitution ... which she hates with a burning passion. For she was the lawyer for the "blind sheik" who had masterminded the original attempt to take down the World Trade Center with a truck bomb in 1993. However, this evil woman went beyond defending this terrorist ... she smuggled the sheik's directives out of his prison cell and to his followers. Are we allowed to say she was a "snivelling traitor?"

But not the cleverest of traitors for she was caught and sentenced to 10 years in prison of which she served less than 3 due to a sympathetic doctor's (purposefully?) bad prognosis. So now she is still actively proselytizing her poisonous rhetoric to possible emulators of the sheik's ilk ... ick!

It would seem that this doctor made a mistake when he/she graduated from medical school ... and took the hypocritic oath.

A Monty Python Skit

Attorney Lynne Stewart, who represented the "blind sheik" against terrorism charges in the first World Trade Center bombing and who, after being caught smuggling out of prison directives to his followers ... and later convicted, was sentenced in 2010 to ten years in prison. She was released early in December of 2013 because she "had terminal breast cancer and only had at most 18 months to live," However, she has since experienced a medical miracle as is still alive after 22 months ... and quite active proselytizing for her radical causes ... see New York Daily News Story.

If this were a Monty Python skit, we would now see a phalanx of Pythonettes in white medical coats barge into Lynne Stewart's dining room, throw her on the table, and, reading to her the pleadings that her lawyers made to get her out of prison early, remove her vital organs in a bloody carnage ... while she screams "Allahu Akbar!"

Grown-up Children

Bill Maher is now preaching to Charlie Rose about the dangers of Islam ... see: Breitbart Story. Is this the same Bill Maher who once said that the Islamists who flew the planes into the World Trade Center on 9/11/01 were the brave ones ... not the United States? (See: SnowSpot Media Story.)

In thirteen years, maybe even grown-up children can grow up.

Big Bang Theories

The heinous and gruesome Patriot's Day bombings at the finish line of the Boston Marathon are still being sorted out.  The best reporting that I can find to date is here:  NY Times Article.  But there are a number of comments and theories that are reflecting on what clearly appears to be a terrorist(s) act:

- President Barack Obama, who has not yet indicated that this was an act of terror, said, that “any responsible individuals, any responsible groups, will feel the full weight of justice.” … virtually the same pledge he gave shortly after the Benghazi terrorist attacks in which four Americans were killed … over six empty months ago.  Please reference: ABC News Story.

- Attorney General Eric Holder may think that these attacks were an act of “sports-related violence” just as he is thought to have caused the labeling of the Fort Hood shootings (in which 13 Americans were slaughtered and 30 injured by a Muslim shouting “Allahu Akbar”) “an act of workplace violence”  Please reference: Main Justice Story.

- Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, I think, might have called these deadly explosions another “failure of human understanding” like he did the World Trade Center attacks on 9/11.  Please reference: Boston Globe Story.

- Obama's "neighbor," Bill Ayers  has been reliably reported to be in the Chicago area still, and, although he enjoys a good bombing now and then, could not be connected to this incident. Please reference: NY Times Story.

Bittersweet

Joe Biden, to commemorate the horror of 9/11, called it a "bittersweet" moment (see: Politico Story ).  Please Joe, I understand the "bitter" aspect of what happened at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, PA, but could you describe the "sweet" part?  (As I was finishing up writing this, Rush Limbaugh made exactly this same point ... but I've decided to post it anyway ... since I doubt that many of you listen to the E.I.B. Network.)
