Dog Gone

North Korea’s Kin Jong Un has ordered all pet dogs in his country to be surrendered to be slaughtered for food ... see: The Sun story. The stated reason for this horror is that dogs are representative of Western decadence. The real reason must be that Trump’s embargo on this country is working.

Let’s hope that PETA steps forward to protest this Kim outrage ... although, like most other Libs, they likely will blame everything on the Orangeman.

Stupid Pills

The Democrat party was planning to pass out their annual allotment of stupid pills for their faithful at Biden’s nominating convention. Now that this is not going to happen live, party leadership is worried that their voters may wake up and learn the true state of affairs and vote for Kanye or the Orangeman.

So Democrats are in a bit of a panic! And are actually thinking about sending out these pills (and some moving-around money) with their pre-marked mail-in ballots!

2020 House Election

How can the Republicans win back the House of Representatives next Fall? Well, how about this? Many of the Democrats flipped GOP seats by swearing to oust Nancy Pelosi as the House tyrant. This hasn’t happened ... in fact she has become even more despotic. Republicans should rub the noses of their election opponents in this hypocrisy.

However, one problem ... I fully expect that this next election will exceed anything we have ever seen in the amount of voter fraud practiced mostly by the Democrats (practiced? hell they’re professionals) ... particularly if vote-by-mail becomes widespread like just occurred in California.

Anything is justified if it cuts the legs off of the Orangeman!

Also: I am personally convinced that the Mueller investigation was also part of the Democrats’ winning the House in 2018. Perhaps, just perhaps the American public has had the scales fall from their eyes over this gigantic hoax ... if not now, maybe after the Durham/Barr revelations later this year?

Ansolute

No, in this case, not the vodka. I’m musing about all those self-assured people who know something ... beyond a shadow of a doubt. I myself slip into this category more often than I should.

This issue presented itself while listening to President Trump’s coronavirus presser last evening. The reporters there wanted absolute answers: When will we start bending down the curve? How many people will die? Why don't we have enough ventilators? Can we really restart our economy by Easter?

The answer to all these questions are equivocations ... they have to be ... because too many variables are involved. There are hundreds of pandemic models that are predicting many of these outcomes ... and none of them will likely be absolutely right ... see: Powerline Entry  Just because equations, oodles of data and super computers are involved does not assure us correct predictions ... things are too organic ... just like our climate modeling ... which too many people slavishly take as gospel ... and none of which have been right ... by quite a bit.

And the same can be said for modeling the stock market. A quirky fact ... a “black swan” ... can ... and often does beat the most sophisticated quantitive modeling.

What does the Orangeman say?

 “We’ll see.”

Obvious Truth

We are living in extreme times.

Congressional Democrats are so ideologically pure that they now embrace Chinese hegemony ... would abandon their voters to the scourge of a deadly virus ... and risk an economic depression ... all in another manic attempt to defeat the Orangeman in November.

American progressive politics has become a lethal game.


Afterward: I think Nancy Pelosi would rather drink Draino than give Trump even a partial win.
