President Trump has nominated and the Senate has confirmed 229 federal district, appellate judges and Supreme Court justices in his first term in office. There are 28 more awaiting confirmation.
Although a prodigious number, it clearly wasn’t enough since court after court has rejected suits claiming that the presidential election was rigged ... all on procedural grounds! What about the oceans of evidence?
Is the swamp so fetid that we dare not drain it?
