As could be expected, the State Department has discovered that Hillary Clinton neglected to sign her exit form OF-109 when she left office … like all employees are required to do. This was an expected oversight for, had she signed it, she would be guilty of perjury … and might face criminal prosecution. It is beyond my feeble deductive processes as to how the American public can be so in the dark about the regal nature of Queen Hillary’s disdain for the normal protocols of life. Can it be that the main-stream media has covered up for her all these years? Nah!
