Pilgrim, do you ever get the feeling that the anti-Trump Jan 6 narrative is being desperately overplayed? If Biden had good policies, he would campaign on them … but no … all he and speechwriter Michael Beschloss can come up with is to pound the table over the manufactured Jan 6 narrative and how Trump is a threat to democracy … of when the accuser is the culprit.
And, I’ve shown these Jan 6 Trump tweets before … yet somehow Liz Cheney, George Stephanopoulos and the rest of these tale tellers never mention them in their tirades.
STAND UP TO OVERACTING!

#1 Twitter didn't shut down Trumps account until after 7PM that day.
#2 For the 2+ hours from the end of his speech he watched the attack on TV. At the repeated behest of his daughter and other trusted advisors he did a CYA tweet for the rioters to go home. He did not call any relevant law enforcement agency to ensure they were working to quell the violence. And for hours, he refused the repeated requests from nearly everyone who talked to him to simply tell the mob to go home.
Facts, baby. Justice is coming.
I might accept your narrative if the Jan 6 committee had not been full of table-pounding kangaroos.
Actually, most of the Jan 6 committee WITNESSES were Trump team members who became shocked by his behavior and attempts to overturn an election.
Liz Chaney had voted with Trump 100% of the time during his Presidency. She is the kind of conservative you should be supporting instead of the crazoid fringe right.
Liz Cheney recently spoke at Dartmouth … on 1/6/24 … and said Trump had sent “an armed and angry mob” to the Capitol. Jan 6 has been bathed in this type of hyperbole and biased leaked “revelations” and too many listeners’ bullshit meters were on the fritz … including apparently yours.
You might want to watch “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwdVKkL-HA8” to fill out your view on Jan 6. By the bye, Ray Epps just got a stinging one year probation for disorderly conduct … you saw his video incitements.
So the testimony of the Trump team that were appalled at Trump's attempts to overthrow the results of the election mean nothing to you. It isn't hyperbole if the "patriots" brought a gallows and bear spray and gas masks and zip ties and weaponized flagpoles, etc. Stop fooling yourself.
There are dozens of unanswered questions. And until there is an impartial investigation into Jan 6, I believe nothing that has been alleged. Your use of the term “overthrow” shows you’re a newspeaker.
