All but one of the 27 Republican governors have signed a letter supporting Gov. Gregg Abbot of Texas in his defiance of the Biden administration’s demanding access to a key portion of the Texas-Mexican border.
The exception … Republican Gov. Phil Scott of Vermont … not a surprise.
