Those that wrote these notes were not elected last time around. Shameful!
Can only elected people create notes? There is an office of the White House with many administrative and secretarial staff.
Biden is not making policy decisions … the note writers (puppeteers) are. They were not elected.

Biden spent many years working in a legislative body, discussing and arguing the pros and cons of bills. I expect that he held late night meetings making policy decisions. He is not authoritarian, shooting from the hip, making decisions on the fly. You seem to prefer no-strings-attached quick decisions. Like Putin.
