As of this moment it looks like an agreement might be reached between Putin and Zelensky as to the future of Ukraine. The terms are vague, but it seems Russia will pull back from the siege of the west and Ukraine will guarantee its neutrality and not attempt to join NATO.
This seems a result of America’s and NATO’s preference that this conflict end in a stalemate rather than Russia being humiliated in defeat. This preference has been demonstrated by their slow-walking of military aid to Ukraine (where are the switchblade drones?) And we say Putin is duplicitous!
Based upon Putin’s past (non)adherence to his pacts, Meta (née, Facebook) has decided to deem this a virtual agreement!

Afterward: Pilgrim, are you suspecting, like I am, that Biden (and a few other NATOites) might secretly be pulling for Russia? (Blackmail … or maybe even retribution?)
