Why did China think that it could get away with negating, at the last minute, most of the key agreements in their long-negotiated trade pact with the United States?
Could it be that all our presidents since Bill Clinton (when China was admitted into the World Trade Organization) have caved in trade negotiations like a Florida sink hole?
