Our fearless leader, President Obama, seems inattentive and distracted of
late. (Not that he was ever really on top of his job responsibilities.) His recent appearance on “Between Two Ferns” was
embarrassing to say the most … see: Slate Video. If our Aspergers-afflicted (?) President
is so star-struck and can’t find the time to do his full job, perhaps our ever-alert
Congress should cut or eliminate his salary?
Maybe that would get his attention.

When has not doing the job ever been a basis for docking one's pay? If we apply your calculus, both houses of congress would also be subject to sanctions? And why doesn't someone revoke John Kerry's passport on the grounds that he is "Useless" ?
