The Asst. U.S. Attorney and prosecutor in the Hunter Biden case, David Weiss, has behaved in a typical Merrick Garland DOJ smarmy way. In yesterdays’s supposed plea deal, it was revealed that the investigation of Hunter was officially “ongoing.”
This was quite unusual … a plea deal before the investigation was over? However this kept the DOJ or FBI from having to answer any Congressional questions about the Biden crime family.
But, due to Judge Maryellen Noreika’s sentient question, we also learned that the DOJ was, wink wink, nudge nudge, also giving Hunter blanket immunity against any further prosecution for the myriad of other crimes now leaking out.
Aren’t these diametrically opposed and illegal stipulations?
Actually smarmy is too soft a word? How about super smarmy?
Afterward: This heroic judge’s conditions for Hunter staying out of jail are that he not drink, take periodic drug tests and get a job! So long Hunter!
