The derailment last month was on the route from the Dakotas to Bellingham WA, a completely different route from where the XL pipeline was headed.
So Canada oil is not being carried by rail as per the Mostly Cajun write-up?

Wrong. XL pipeline is from Canada to Texas. This recent derailment/fire was in Bellingham WA on an east>west route from North Dakota.
You were extrapolating...
OK, Guilty as charged. I should have said “ This train is similar to what is being replaced by the Keystone XL Pipeline.” Derailments happen.
