Internet companies are wildly exaggerating their online metrics. — Fletcher
Pilgrim, it would seem to me that the technology companies … Facebook, Google, TickTok, X, Instagram, etc. … have enough smart engineers that they could provide accurate, unbiased internet metrics … followers, hits, click-throughs, likes, etc. … instead of obvious fudging of these statistics to manipulate their audiences and advertisers.
Would the SEC tolerate CVS exaggerating the number of its store by a factor of ten? No! Congress needs to learn what’s going on! … and stop these internet metrics fraudulent manipulations.
Afterward: Blogspot (Google) claims I got 9,282 hits on this blog yesterday … bull hockey!
STAND UP FOR ACCURATE METRICS!
