And that is just cars … add to this semi-trailer trucks, buses, construction equipment, farm tractors, military gear, replacements for diesel locomotives, cargo/passenger ships, jet planes (?), blast furnaces, etc. … and our electricity needs would far far outpace the ability of wind and solar to generate what would be necessary.
The Green New Deal is a fools’ errand … and those fools espousing it are Judas goats leading an unknowing public to the slaughterhouse.
