Whoopie Pie


Back in 2009 Whoopi Goldberg on The View defended Roman Polanski by saying that his being charged with statutory rape wasn't "rape rape" (see: You Tube View).  What (or whom) does this remind you of?

Unlike you, I do not watch the View, but I agree with the opinion that Statutory rape (consensual sexual intercourse with a minor) is NOT the same as Assault rape, and/or sodomy -- which is what Polansky should have been charged with and convicted of and subsequently hanged.
