I finally gave up on Google and asked Alexa how much water comes into Earth from Outer space every cay. Her answer: as much as 400 billion gallons. Then I asked how much does 400 billion gallons of water weigh? Her answer 2.2 trillion tons. (I think she meant to say billion.)

Why Possibly Soon?
Predicting when China would make its move on Taiwan is not a simple calculus … COVID-lockdown legacy, Ukraine lessons, Japan’s growing militancy, China’s spy balloon feedback, etc..
However, one factor has me most worried ... the political climate here in the U.S. likely will never be more favorable than it will be for the next two years. Many of our institutions would likely accede to a Taiwan invasion over the next two years than later.
Whoever is elected our next president will likely be more hostile to Xi’s blown kisses. And before then, Biden would be expected to pay back all of China’s generosity.
So, I will be holding my breath until then.

Yes, early on as head of the Department of Justice under Trump, Bill Barr seemed a straight shooter.
But Pilgrim, next time you have kind feelings toward Trump’s AG Bill Barr … remember that the FBI under him sat on Hunter Biden’s laptop computer and did nothing … and then when 51 former intelligence officers said that the laptop appeared to be Russian disinformation … the AG Barr said nothing even though he knew better.
And, all The Twitter files censorship collusion with the DOJ and FBI took place under his watch.
And finally all the copious and clear evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election was dismissed out of hand by him without any attempt at an investigation.

Interesting Factoid
The findings of the Special Georgia Grand Jury looking into President Trump’s phone calls to Governor Kemp have been partially revealed … and they found that there was not “significant” fraud in the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. See: AP Story.
Now, Pilgrim, in my previous life as a financial analyst on Wall Street, I recall that the word “significant” has a legal meaning … it means 10% or greater.
So, this Special Grand Jury seems to admit that there was voter fraud … but it did not amount to a 10% difference. And, seeing that Trump lost Georgia by 3/10ths of 1% … it would appear that Trump had pleanty of justification in asking Kemp to look into things.
(Although the Special Grand Jury recommended perjury charges be brought against several witnesses, it did not seem to be pulling the plug on Trump … one more sure thing going “poof.”)
