We have a Ukrainian mother and child living with us. She has a full-time service job, on which she never slouches, walks to work, pays taxes and social security, pays for her daughter to attend an after-school program, attends an English class twice a week … majority populated with Ukrainians … pays for her family’s medical and dental expenses, maintains a rosey disposition … and has bought into the American way.
We need more immigrants like these people.
