If Mike Bloomberg’s $500,000,000+ spending on political ads didn’t do the trick in 2020, how could Russia’s $250,000 ad spend (1/2,000th of Bloomberg’s) in 2016 sway the election to Trump?

Nope, it's unleavened sophistry.
Case A: Bloomberg enters race too late; most voters are already leaning elsewhere.
Case B: Russian Ads were a small part of widespread social media campaign to hurt Hillary.

BTW, how does anyone know how the amount of Russian ad buys?
How much collusion is acceptable?

Are you still a “Russia, Russia, Russia” kook? I think the Mueller Report said how much Russia spent ... and also said that there was no evidence of any voters being influenced.

And you accuse Trump of being a birther ...
