Beyond a REASONABLE Doubt
Pilgrim, imagine you are a juror in a likely upcoming Trump trial in south Florida over his having secret government documents and obstruction of justice.
You are told by the Trump defense that the Presidential Records Act gave Trump 5 years to decide what documents he wanted to keep and which he turned over to the archives. This presidential prerogative was superseded by a hostile partisan DOJ and Trump disagreement wherein Trump still wanted to keep some historic momentous.
Contrast this with Biden’s clearly illegal retention of many times this amount of government documentation. And ditto Hillary Clinton’s illegally storing many time this number on an unsecured server which had been breached by our adversaries … and then, after being warned to retain this evidence, destroyed it on the server and on multiple cell phones.
At this point you would be reminded by the defense that none other than the former director of the FBI, James Comey, had very publicly said “no REASONABLE prosecutor would prosecute Hillary under these circumstances.” And clearly Joey Mumbles is skating on his illegal docs case.
Sooo … do these what-abouts constitute REASONABLE doubt in your mind? They do in mine.

Senator Grassley has revealed in his release of the shocking form FD-1023 from a reliable FBI informant that the head of the Ukraine energy company Burisma … on which Hunter Biden was a board member … secretly taped 17 Biden shakedown phone calls … 15 from Hunter and 2 from Joe … see: Washington Examiner article.
Where are these recordings? Does the FBI have them? Does Sen. Grassley have them? Or have they disappeared as a result of all the billions of U.S. aide to Ukraine in its war with Russia? Time will tell.
But, if they show up, they might easily swing most of Biden devotees to finally popping this corrupt pustule on the face of America.

But Howard Kurtz’s “Media Buzz” … which I like most … led with the possible impeachment inquiry of Biden … and then son Hunter’s plea bargain problems … then Trump’s new indictments.

The federal government has just dropped the campaign financing violation against Sam Bankman-Fried … who has been charged with funneling $90 million of purloined FTX customer funds to the Democrats’ 2022 election campaigns.
Why did the Biden administration erase this serious malfeasance? Believe it or not … because (supposedly) when SB-F was extradited from the Bahamas, the authorities there set up the condition that he not be charged with election fraud!
What! Why would the Bahamas do this? And furthermore why would the Fed’s comply?

The Asst. U.S. Attorney and prosecutor in the Hunter Biden case, David Weiss, has behaved in a typical Merrick Garland DOJ smarmy way. In yesterdays’s supposed plea deal, it was revealed that the investigation of Hunter was officially “ongoing.”
This was quite unusual … a plea deal before the investigation was over? However this kept the DOJ or FBI from having to answer any Congressional questions about the Biden crime family.
But, due to Judge Maryellen Noreika’s sentient question, we also learned that the DOJ was, wink wink, nudge nudge, also giving Hunter blanket immunity against any further prosecution for the myriad of other crimes now leaking out.
Aren’t these diametrically opposed and illegal stipulations?
Actually smarmy is too soft a word? How about super smarmy?
Afterward: This heroic judge’s conditions for Hunter staying out of jail are that he not drink, take periodic drug tests and get a job! So long Hunter!

As a result of the Oppenheimer movie, Jon Stewart has a typical empty-headed reaction to our bombing of Hiroshima. Please watch the above to not fall into Stewart’s conclusion. I learned things I didn’t know. I suspect you will too.
One more thought … Truman had the courage to drop the A-bombs in Japan, but not on the hoards of Chinese when they entered the Korean War. I think this was a huge mistake since China was still 5 years away from equivalent weaponry … and might now be more inclined toward pacificism like the Japanese.
Did the Jon Stewart types in the ensuing years after the end of the war with Japan convince Truman to hold back in Korea … and fire General MacArthur? I suspect so.

Many highly-paid political pundits say Trump can’t be the Republican presidential candidate because he can’t be elected.
I’m not an any-paid political pundit … but I sincerely doubt that, if Trump is not the candidate, any other Republican nominee would turn out enough Trump supporters to carry the day.
