My daughter and her twin daughters just spent two weeks in Bali, Indonesia. They brought me back a bag of special coffee … Kopi Luwak coffee. It seems this animal, the Luwak, is allowed to eat the coffee beans which sometime later it poops out. These beans somehow benefit from its digestive juices … and after sanitized and roasted, makes superb … and very expensive coffee.
My wife and I had some this AM … it was noticeably less acidic, but less “coffee” flavor.
