In the long span of American history there have been periods when Liberals ruled and those when Conservatives held sway. So far the US Constitution has almost magically allowed this teeter-totter transition of power to occur without revolution. And this has been a good thing for these periodic changes cleanse the toxins that always accumulate under one-party tule.
It appears that the left now has a partial hammerlock on this process ... and the next time they completely control things may bring an end of this political back and forth. Our last terms of liberal rule came very close.
I can only fear for our future.

What the hell are you talking about? The "hammerlock" has been Mitch McConnell vowing to make Obama a one-term president and stifling any legislative action on bills and nominations. The real scare is your nutjob president declaring the other day to a cheering group of drooling deplorables that he might stay in office for another 21 years, if he has the strength, and none of the rumpswabs giving it more than a yawn.

It was a cabal consisting of US intelligence agencies, the State Department, the DNC and, likely, the Obama White House to deny Trump the presidency and give it to Hillary. If this had happened, the Dems would have had a lock on things forever. Stick around for the Barr/Durham indictments to learn the details ... if the media might chose to report same.

The Mueller investigation indicted dozens of people, and so far have at least 8 convictions.
