Are you Okay if Biden refuses to come clean on his fiscal details?
Because every lefty CPA in US will harass him with imagined tax evasion crimes. The IRS and the tax courts are the venues where these things need to be resolved. How much C.D. can you loonies pile on one man?
Like he harassed Obama about the birth certificate. Ah, now I get it.
Not sure what C.D. is but your question could easily be directed to most of the posts on this blog during the Obama years.

And BO never saw nor approved his book’s sales sheet ... nor did Hillary’s campaign ever bring up the birth certificate issue to begin with

The Snopes article that you cited quoted the writer of the book-jacket blurb admitting to poor fact-checking on her part.
I believe his taxes will reveal the extent of his Russian ties and indebtedness and he wants that suppressed.
It wasn’t just a book jacket ... it was also a flyer used to sell the book ... Snopes likes to obfuscate. And I somehow wonder why his college and law school applications are hidden ... just like Trump’s taxes. Maybe when Trump’s tax returns go public we should see BO’s secrets too?
Let’s assume you are right and Russia once (1990s) invested in Trump’s company ... and this means he is a Russian asset. Dioes this mean that China investing $1.5 billion in Hunter Biden’s company mean that Joe Biden is a China asset? You can’t have it both ways ...
