Obvious Truth

Considering the number of consumer products (counterfeit and real) manufactured in China, is it really possible to keep the coronavirus pandemic in China from spreading to the US and around the world? See: Latest numbers.

From what I've heard, the Virus needs human contact to spread. You cant catch it from a garment that has been in a shipping container, or some thingamajig at Christmas Tree Shops.

They think it travels through pipes. It may need a moist medium to re-infect ... but many of Chinese consumer goods involve moisture.

Pipes... reminds me of the ductwork in the movie "Brazil." But seriously your statement that many Chinese goods "involve" moisture is odd. I can't think of anything I touch in Walmart that is "moist," which is BTW possibly the most hated word in the English language.

Many drugs, involving moisture, are manufactured in China. Look at the labels on hand and body lotions, canned goods, sport drinks, room and other deodorants, cleaning sprays, etc., etc. I think you will find quite a few (if properly labeled).

Chill, GWP gets his news from alt-right sources, floating a theory that the Virus was created in a hi tech lab located in in Wuhan, testing bio-weapons, not far from a food market. Virus escaped through pipes. Foods got tainted. People spread it.

Maybe Trump can put a tariff on it?

(I'm using a Cannabis-infused salve to ward off the corona-virus. So far it's working.)
