Our "uniter not a divider" president is just about to issue an executive order requiring those hiring new government employees to overlook prior criminal records ... see: Breitbart Article. Now this ukase makes perfect sense to me ... as a great many of those already in government service (including many elected members) seem to be of a criminal persuasion. Thus ... President Obama is only promoting homogeneity in the ranks of his underlings.
