President Obama’s vernacular use of the term “folks” is
beginning to wear on my nerves. He can’t
seem to read three sentences off of his Teleprompter without using this chummy
term at least once. This way of
communicating must have been opinion-panel tested as being an excellent way of
connecting with his middle-America audience. And he
uses it … and uses it … and uses it … and uses it … to the point of his inanity
and my insanity.
Do you think it possible that Obama maybe is just mispronouncing
this term of endearment … and he is inadvertently revealing his true feelings toward the great unwashed of America?
