Preserving Justice

If a judiciary is elected, it becomes political and incompetent. If a judiciary is self-appointed, it becomes incestuous. The only hope for real justice is as has been put forward in the U.S. Constitution — appointed by the executive branch and confirmed by the upper house of the legislature.

Even then, we still get some biased dullards.

Afterward: And no need to be a lawyer … in years past a law degree suggested a high IQ … no more.

STAND UP FOR JUSTICE!
