Can scientists, with a weather machine, make it rain in a drought … or stop the rain in a hurricane? Of course not? Can they raise or lower the humidity on a summer day? Not so far as I know. Have they been able to stop the wind gusts … or reverse the doldrums No! They also can’t reduce the peril of a severe winter storm.
So Pilgrim, if our best science can’t do any of these things to affect our short-term weather … how can they possibly do the much more difficult and complex task of mumno-jumbo moderating our long-term climate?
We are obviously being sold a bill of goods by those who claim that we can … for many trillion dollars … fix the Earth’s climate.
