Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has bet his destiny… and the future of the far left on a squishy Grand Jury indictment of former President Trump. These 34 charges are fatally flawed with statue of limitation issues, jurisdiction problems and don’t even specify the felony on which these pretzel logic charges are based.
The term of this prosecution will last the primary season … and likely through the election. This is blatant election interference pure and simple.
DA Bragg has bet that the roulette ball is going to jump the wheel and land in the croupier’s ear.
