NDA

 

Elon Musk’s recent sexual harassment accuser has disclosed that he made her sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in exchange for $250,000. Now, Pilgrim, don’t you find the whole concept of a NDA under such circumstances, real or imagined, somewhat self-defeating?

If there were a NDA and this female accuser broke it, what recourse would Elon have? If he accuses her of breaking it, he is admitting to its existence and to the alleged offense,  pretty much. So he must let her off with breaking her vow … and allow us to conclude that her ethics are in such disrepair that she likely embellished the original accusation.

There are such squirrelly people … as we have seen over and over.
