There used to be a law in Virginia dealing with what was considered abnormal sexual activities (think Monica Lewinsky, etc.) that was so heinous that their specific evidences could not be spoken.
Imagine being brought to trial and not being able to defend yourself because the changes were “unspeakable!”
Which brings us to Nancy Pelosi’s recent charge against President Trump in anticipation of her attempt to impeach him again next week. Her accusation was that Trump had committed an “unspeakable assault“ on America.
Will this wording be in her next Articles of Impeachment? And if so, how would Trump defend?
