Leaders

There are good leaders and there are bad leaders ... but, if a leader's team is working at cross purposes, either leader is bound to produce disappointing results. -- Anon.

Afterthought: Trump is still selecting his team ... Obama's team selected him ...

All the President’s people and the everyone in the other branches of the govt—congress and justice — must follow and be loyal to dear leader.

Clearly I am not saying that. If any president has had more resistance to his leadership, I can't recall it (in my lifetime).

But you are saying that. Trump is not a leader. Or an organizer. He is a corporate president of closely guarded business dealings in a privately held structure. Who are Trump corps board of directors? Trump’s leadership style is not compatible with a transparent, multidimensional democracy. That is the root cause of resistance.

Please don't put words in my mouth ...

okay. in your quote, when you say that a leader’s team is working at cross purposes, is the leader a member of the team, the manager of the team, or the owner of the team?

Trump was not a politician, ergo he did not have a political team. It has taken him a while, but he is willing to keep making adjustments. For this I give him credit.
