Violating the Hatch Act

Forgive me Pilgrim if the following sounds like an episode of the Perry Mason TV show.

This script centers around Matthew Colangelo … the former number three attorney at Biden’s Justice Department … who is “on loan” to Alvin Bragg’s ManhattanDA’s office to prosecute Donald Trump’s so-called hush money trial.

If I were a lawyer on the Trump defense team, I would call Prosecutor Colangelo to the witness stand … (I asked a lawyer friend if this can be done and he said it would be very unusual, but was do-able) …abd pursue the following line of questioning:

* When he was at the Justice Department, how come neither it … nor the Federal Election Commission … didn’t pursue such charges against Trump … but you are now doing so under a county DA, 8 years after the fact, despite overriding the statue of limitations?

* He should be also asked if he had given up his job at the DOJ or expects to return there after this trial is over… and if he was still being paid by the DOJ.? If either answer is yes, then it becomes a clear case of election interference by the DOJ … a violation of the Hatch Act.

Therefore this would be an illegal prosecution and must be dismissed immediately.

STAND UP FOR THE HATCH ACT!
