Post Office is not a government agency …and I think you forgot the IRS. And I thought that the DOD is not meeting its recruitment goals? Nevertheless, it’s still bloat.
I am not very DOD savvy but I believe there is recruitment and there is hiring. The US Post Office is a federal agency. Is that not US government? The numbers need more detail before they can be cast as bloat.
