Big Brother

With its subsidies, tariffs, contracts, regulations and taxing system, the federal government has the ability to jerk U.S. companies in directions they might prefer not going … and the oppressive Biden administration has a disturbing talent to do so … over and over and over.

“Please, just get out of the way!”

STAND UP TO BIG BROTHER!

  1. Standing up to Big Brother would be standing up for the workers. Unions, strong wage growth, higher/minimum taxes, and fair prices.

  2. Spoken like a true socialist. If Big Brother brings us all these goodies, how come they are not forthcoming under Biden?

  3. Well. VW workers unionized for better pay and better benefits; the first in a non-USA parent company and first in the South. The move to question price increases in consumer goods where the companies are showing huge profits, executive pay, and stock buybacks to raise shareholder value. Capping monthly cost of medicines.

Socialism and capitalism used together can make up for the other’s shortcomings.
Not all one. Not all the other. Be a moderate, not an extremist.

  4. It’s a dangerous game … controlling the amount of socialism … eventually it consumes capitalism.

  5. It's a vibrant game... controlling the amount of socialism and capitalism such that one does consume the other.

  6. A game too many countries have lost.

  7. In both directions. Capitalism is an economic system, not a form of government.

  8. Right, in the U.S. it’s now crony capitalism.
