Washington is so corrupt that even honest actors eventually become sullied. For anyone to even make a dent in cleaning up this morass will take Herculean efforts.
But, a good start would be to exile defiled Nancy Pelosi and mordant Chuck Schumer … and anyone else who has served in this Gomorrah for more than 12 years. And yes, that would mean a few good ones too.
Afterward: Cleaning up DC corruption will also require addressing the lobbyist strangle-hold and the perpetual staffers who really run things.
