Marijuana smoking has gotten so pervasive that people are complaining that everywhere you go in Manhattan … in stores, restaurants, even the subway … the reefer secondhand smoke fills the air.
There is something called a “contact high’ that can affect people under such conditions … and things are bound to get worse … particularly on days of weather inversions.
Pilgrim, can you imagine what might happen in the Big Apple when most residents are walking around zonked? I can and it’s not good.
