Climate Change News

Pilgrim, perhaps it is a little warmer of late. But sun-spot activity peaking and the return is El Niño have a lot to do with things.

However, a new revelation is possibly the most important factor … a huge underseas Tonga volcanic explosion sending unprecedented amounts a water vapor into our stratosphere … see: NASA report.

And since water vapor is a much more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2, many scientists believe that this eruption may be affecting our climate for years to come.

But, Pilgrim, don’t hold your breath waiting for John Kerry or Al Gore to mention this event in connection to any possible climate change.
