One must give credit to Special Counsel Jack Smith … in two investigations he now has concocted quite a number of indictment counts … 47 at my current calculation … all within eight and a half short months!
Quite a bargain!
By the bye … these current indictment counts surrounding the Jan 6 Capitol invasion do not charge Trump with actual incitement … basically only involve his challenging the election results … a thought crime and a violation of his free speech rights… clearly unconstitutional!
Is Jack Smith holding back on the incitement charges until such time as Joey Mumbles is finally impeached?

"Free speech" does not apply to utterances in the planning and commission of a crime.
ReplyDeleteBut Jack the Ripper wants to criminalize free speech about a crime … incitement of an insurrection … for which he chooses to ignore in his indictment. So how can the free speech be a crime? Or is this too complicated for you.
