The contract with Stormy Daniels is effectively a non-discosure agreement. Payments to said person did not come out of any campaign funds. No federal laws apply to this agreement and transaction and thus no federal campaign laws were broken. Bogus prosecution and weaponization of justice contrary to constitutional protections. Yes the democrats once again throwing the constitution out the window.
They should have first gone after DJT for the call to Raffenberger to 'find' votes. It was recorded. It was clearly an offense against voting integrity. And, unlike paying off your hooker, it is political.
Let's rephrase it as "Enforcing campaign finance laws."
ReplyDeleteIn what twisted reality is that "throwing away our Constitution?"
